Hi There, I recently went to INDIA ona spiritual tours for 2 weeks. I can easily say it was the best expereince of my life.It was so weird, I went there to learn about meditation, believe me I have never been to a place where you cant just do anything but admire the sheer size and beauty of the mountain ranges. We stayed in Ladakh for 4 days before coming down to dharamshala. Each morning we meditated for 2 hours, and then ust roamed around for a bit of trekking and visits to the lake, sitting around sipping tea was the best expereince ever. I now understand what is a ZEN TEA ceremony. I had been going through some tough times and after teaching for the past 3 years around Europe I decided to take a break. I was recommended this tour by one of my mates, Liam ' The Mad ' Moonelty. Honestly take my word for it and just go. I was on a 2 week spiritual tour package, however I am going back again for a 1 month sojorn there.
