Shantou Easylearn School of English has been established with a clear goal that is to share the most effective tuition method with Chinese English learners. We teach students at all ages older than 7 years. We intend to create an English environment where students can learn English through conversation. Shantou Easy learn School of English requires qualified and experienced EFL Teachers, to join our team in the establishment of a new School that has recently opened in the beautiful coastal city of Shantou. We intend to create purely English environment. We provide EFL tuition to a wide range of students, from school age through to corporate clients of multinational companies with bases in the Shantou area. A full training programme will be provided to all successful applicants. Positions Information Employment Type: Full Time Starting Date: Employment start dates from March 2006 onwards Contract Duration: We would like to make 1 year employment, or minimum 6 months Teaching Language: English Will be Assigned to Teach at: Average Class Size: Students/Class Courses to Teach: Oral English Workload: 30 hours contact time per week Teaching Place: On campus Course Time: Morning, Afternoon Other: Please note that there is no lesson preparation in General English teaching course (each lesson lasts 50 minutes) Benefits Monthly Salary at RMB: 6000RMB net per calendar month after probation RMB/month Overtime Work Allowance: RMB/hour Airfare Allowance: Refund of travel costs at the end of the contract of employment. (This can be done flexibly, for example: economy air fare ¨C City A to Shantou, Shantou to City B). Travel Allowance: Refund of travel costs at the end of the contract of employment. Experience of teaching Business English and the Cambridge IELTS exam preparation courses will be viewed as a positive asset.
