Only true in europe and north american society. Not true in asian countries. Women in general are attracted to the more prominent race that exist in that country. Also helped by media portrayals, iconic figures and celebrities. I have noticed that in western television shows that asian women appear as being subdued by love or attraction to alpha males in television show. The point is, asian women would appear in media. However in Asia, white people are not even existent in majority of media. How many caucasian movie stars are there in Asia? Even in Malaysia, where there is heavy British influence you will find that women with mixed breeds of caucasian and asian are revered as beautiful. These pan-asians are seen as perhaps adding to the melting pot. If you have ever watched a Bruce Lee or Jackie Chan movie geared to asian audiences, white men are portrayed as apes and villains..
