Teachers Needed In Taiwan – Chai Yi NEED teachers –: We need teachers for kindergarten and elementary school in June or July, 2006. Background / history of our School: Noble American Children School is a private English First language School that was established about 6 years ago. The School is made up of an Elementary Department and a Kindergarten Department. Our Staff complement is made up of 8 foreign teachers in Kindergarten and 7 foreign teachers in Elementary, from various Nationalities. Furthermore the school comprises of about 25 Chinese teachers and support staff to assist in the daily function and running of the School. We prize ourselves to give the best for our students and to not only teach them to speak English but to develop their life skills in many ways and forms through art, physical training, theme based lessons and to make them think and act independently and in doing so building up their confidence. Duties: You’ll be required to teach Elementary students in the afternoon and evenings (Monday to Friday), or kindergarten students in the morning and afternoon , draw-up lesson plans, mark student books & implement your own classroom management system and liaise with the Lead teacher. We require : A teacher who is English native speaker with more than two-year teaching experience and TESEL or TEFOL certificate and is willing & hardworking , innovative, think and improvise on their feet, do more than what is expected from them, follow guidelines regarding school policies and procedures, stick to the guidelines of the Curriculum. More important we need a person that is passionate about teaching and above all, a person that will put the needs and interests of their students above everything else.
